Work with Us

At Eadie Lane, we design and build homes with people at the centre of our focus.

From NDIS participants and their families, to SIL and SDA providers, to investors who want to make a meaningful impact; we work alongside those who share our vision for quality, accessible housing.

Whoever you are, if you believe in creating spaces that support independence and dignity, we’re here to help.

SIL Providers

As an NDIS-registered partner, we work with Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers to design homes that make a real difference. Our tailored home solutions help reduce vacancies, improve resident compatibility, and make care delivery smoother and more effective.

The result?

Happier participants, stronger provider outcomes, and more sustainable business models.

SDA Providers

We partner with SDA-registered providers and property managers to create purpose-built homes that truly work for NDIS participants. Our smart, durable designs reduce damage, enhance liveability, and encourage long-term tenancies.

The outcome?

Lower costs, fewer repairs, and less stress; for both you and the people you support.

Community minded Investors

We work with private investors, ethical funders, and capital partners who are looking to make a meaningful impact while achieving strong returns.

With the right design, funding structure, and builder, SDA homes become high-performing assets that deliver both financial sustainability and life-changing outcomes for participants.

At Eadie Lane, we help you invest with confidence; knowing your portfolio is growing while making a real difference.

NDIS Participants + Families

We support NDIS participants and their families who are looking for safe, purpose-built homes through the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) part of their NDIS plan.

Our role is to design and build homes that feel like home; modern, secure, and tailored to support independence, safety, and comfort. Beyond the build, we’re here to guide you in finding the right home and connecting with people you can trust.

Architects

Eadie Lane works with architects as a true collaborator, providing practical building expertise to bring thoughtful SDA designs to life. We review plans, coordinate compliance, and advise on construction methods so the design vision is achieved without compromise. By working together from the earliest stages, we help ensure homes are not only beautiful and functional but also meet strict NDIS and SDA standards—making the architect’s design both buildable and impactful for the people who will live there.

In NSW, housing for people with disabilities includes homes that are designed or modified to meet the needs of people living with disability. At Eadie Lane, we specialise in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) – purpose-built homes that combine safety, accessibility, and comfort. These homes are designed to support independence and dignity while meeting strict NDIS design standards.

The NDIS doesn’t buy a house for you, but it can fund Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) if it’s part of your approved NDIS plan. SDA funding covers the cost of the home’s design and build, not the land. At Eadie Lane, we work with NDIS participants, families, and providers to create SDA homes that fit within approved funding, making the process clear and stress-free.

Homes for disabled adults can be regular houses with modifications, or purpose-built properties like SDA homes. Our SDA homes at Eadie Lane are designed from the ground up with accessibility in mind,  wide doorways, step-free entries, assistive technology, and layouts that balance privacy and shared spaces. They are comfortable, stylish, and built to support everyday life.

To qualify for NDIS-funded housing (SDA), you must:

  • Be an approved NDIS participant
  • Have extreme functional impairment or very high support needs
  • Have SDA funding included in your NDIS plan

We help participants and their support teams understand the housing process, connect with providers, and deliver a home that meets their specific needs.

The cost of building a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home varies depending on the location, land costs, design category, and specific participant needs. At Eadie Lane, most SDA projects range from around $500,000 to over $1 million (excluding land), depending on size, finishes, and accessibility features.

Because we handle design, approvals, and construction, we provide clear, upfront pricing and remove the guesswork. This means you know exactly what’s included before we start building.

When done correctly, SDA housing can be a strong investment… both financially and socially. SDA homes typically offer long-term tenancy and government-backed payments under the NDIS, which can provide stable returns. The key is building in the right location, with the right design, for the right participants.
At Eadie Lane, we specialise in low-vacancy, high-demand SDA designs that work for residents and meet NDIS compliance. This reduces investment risk and increases the likelihood of consistent rental income while making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
