Our Construction Stages

Once approvals are in place, we manage the entire build from start to finish. Every stage is completed to SDA standards and checked for quality before moving on. We are an experienced builder with extensive residential experience.

1. Slab Stage

The foundations of your home are poured, ensuring a stable, level base for accessible living.

2. Frame Stage

The home’s structure is built, including walls and roof framing

3. Roof Stage

The roof is installed, sealing the home from the weather so internal work can begin.

4. linings Stage

Internal walls and ceilings are lined, preparing the home for fixtures and finishes.

5. Fixing Stage

Doors, cabinetry, fittings, and built-in elements like your kitchen and bathroom are installed.

6. Practical Completion

The home is finished, cleaned, and inspected to ensure every detail meets quality and compliance standards. We make sure all the little things are ready including pathways and landscaping.

7. Handover

We present you with the keys to a fully completed, NDIS-enrolled SDA home… ready to move in.
