Process

Feel-good homes for Every Body

We acquire land, then design and construct Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We do this with and for investors, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants and providers.

Our process for crafting empowering spaces

Our comprehensive and wholistic approach links investors, participants and NDIS providers with those responsible for delivering inspiring designs that create accessible and empowering homes.

i/Prospectus Feasibility

We outline a brief for investors & participants, including location, NDIS funding constraints and design suitability that fits with the participants’ needs.

ii/Land Acquisition

Upon the establishment of a feasible project for all parties, we prepare funding models and acquire the land suitable for the project.

iii/NDIS Partner Selection

Based on the project’s location and aim, we select suitable NDIS partners, being SDA Providers, Community Housing Providers and SIL Providers.

iv/Participant Selection

In partnership with our selected NDIS Providers, we select suitable candidates to occupy this home.

v/Design

We custom design a home in line with the initial concept that is approvable, fit for purpose and in conjunction with the participants, SDA Provider and SIL Provider requirements.

vi/Approval

We coordinate all necessary design and building practitioners, and consultants as well as all documentation for legislative approval to commence construction.

vii/Construct

Management of all aspects of the construction through to completion in accordance with the approved and regulated designs to enrol the home in the NDIS Scheme.

viii/Move In

We enrol the home in the NDIS, follow all quality assurance process and protocols for peace of mind to investor and home occupier alike.
